Policies at Boutique Na'Shay
All of our candles are carefully hand poured.The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please allow 3-7 business days to complete your order. You will receive an email once your items are ready to ship.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 2-5 business days. We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Secure payment through Square with debit card, credit card, or paypal account accepted.
Square keeps your payment information secure. BoutiqueNa'Shay never receives your credit card information.
Returns & exchanges

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Conditions of exchanges
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be submitted for exchange in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please feel free to give us a call, but unfortunately we do not have any additional information other than what the tracking indicates once an item is shipped. If there is a problem with your shipment, please contact your local post office and give them the tracking number.
If an item is marked as "Delivered" and you have not received it, follow these steps:
1) Verify the shipping address is correct.
2) Check in with anyone else that might have received the package for you (ie. roommate, family member, neighbor etc).
3) Take the tracking number to your local post office to see if they're holding it or they have any further information.
4) A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before we can file an insurance claim and resend the order.
BoutiqueNa'Shay is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that are not insured by priority mail delivery. We are also not responsible for errors made by the Post Office. If your item is delayed past its "estimated arrival date" we sincerely apologize, but unfortunately it is beyond our control. You may wish to file a complaint with the USPS for the inconvenience.
We currently partner with Shippo for shipping on all order from BoutiqueNa'Shay Candle Co including international order shipping. This is to make your order process seemless and easy.
We want to make sure that you are recieving the best quality customer service experience with the best possible shipping rates. We also want to be sure that you are clearly informed that there is the possibility of import taxes, custom duties and or fees that may be imposed by your country.
